How to reach disarmament

Do not let deceive ourselves; a kitchen knife is not an arm because arms are for harming somebody and arms are ones because the others.

That harm the human being identifies in the arm aim puts him in an inmediate and most urgent situation of trying to avoid to be the target of that aim.

Disarmament, therefore, goes first about to cancel arms constant ACTING effect; denying our will, and this is proposed and practised by showing the white flag. Without it we are implying unequality in the Arm (or between arms or armed units with cause in the violence exercice) while the white flag recognize the Arm as it is, as that equally determining the parties to permanently plan how to destroy each other and to do it.

We all can understand that.

We are meanwhile deterred of adhering to the white flag because with it we feel not recognized among ours, it questions our duty and, if you push me forth, we might cease to earn some money.

But there are people who has a willingness to personal freedom for they dare to directly deal with the world, as it is the case of volunteers in NGOs.

Consider now, please, if you can be a volunteer for White Flag organization and get in touch with us in info@whiteflag.info to take parte in the World Disarmament Conference Preparatory Committe.

The only thing needed here is human capital. The registration of a intense transmission of this site would certify it, plus, our first target is to create a network as much international as possible which will provide more and more confidence to adhere to the white flag as in this way we will have it easier to recognize ourselves among human beings.

If you do not want to be volunteer, let us, at least, represent the white flag option in the world in your name, because we, the volunteers have been preparing ourselves long time to serve humanity and in this way we have been elected for it.

�C�mo lograr el desarme?

No nos engañemos, un cuchillo de cocina no es un arma pues las armas son para causar daño a alguien y son unas por causa de otras.

El daño que el ser humano identifica en el fin del arma le pone inmediatamente y en la mayor urgencia en la necesidad permanente de evitar ser el objeto de ese fin (una pistola te apunta a la cabeza. En efecto, el uso principal del arma no es matar, sino obligar).

El desarme, por tanto, pasa por suspender el efecto de las armas, la negaci�n de nuestra voluntad, en ACTO lo que se realiza mostrando la bandera blanca, pues de otro modo se implica una desigualdad en el Arma (o entre las armas o unidades armadas, con causa en el ejercicio de la violencia) mientras que la bandera blanca reconoce al arma como es; la que determina por igual a las partes a permanentemente planear destruirse y a destruirse.

Todos podemos entender esto

Nos disuade, mientras tanto, de adherirnos a la bandera blanca no sentirnos reconocidos entre los nuestros, cuestionar nuestro deber y, si me apuras, dejar de ganar dinero.

Pero existen personas que tienen disposici�n a la libertad personal por tanto se atreven a tratar directamente con el mundo, como es el caso de los voluntarios de las ONGs.

El �nico capital que necesita este proyecto es el humano. El registro de una transmisi�n intensa de esta p�gina lo certificar�a, esto unido a que nuestro primer objetivo es crear una red lo m�s internacional posible permitir� cada vez con m�s facilidad no alienarnos con la bandera blanca en tanto nos reconocemos entre los seres humanos. (Nuestro fin �ltimo es sacar la bandera blanca a la calle, a todas las calles del mundo)

Si no quieres o puedes ser t� mismo voluntario, al menos d�janos representar �sta alternativa ante el mundo en tu nombre. Muchos voluntarios nos hemos preparado mucho tiempo para servir a la humanidad y hemos sido as� elegidos para ello.

ECONOMIC IMPLICATIONS

The formation of a supreme body for human security implies that it is the real subject of any rights (unequality) -what now is state function. That world body assumes the status quo in its peaceful disarmament purpose.

This supreme body represents all people in the world in their wish and purpose of putting an end to violence and of carrying out disarmament. Therefore, even though the status quo is the expression of the current violence, all people accept it voluntarily aiming at not generating more violence and in order to be able to proceed with disarmament (Only if there is public security, integration of all the people, we can make police redundant) On the other hand, those who have power and properties current acknowlegment to the state which by its side also ackowlegdes them that power and garantees it, will ineludibly pass onto the human community (it can not be there acknowlegement with only one side) and to the people, who voluntarily accept those privileges.

This fact will show (now when there is not concurrence between armed units) that the resources adequate use is that resulting in the biggest benefit for the human community (and in this way in the people equality), therefore, in the end, it is the same to have or to have not, while now the only thing that matters regardless of its use is who has power or property. This proccess, if not in an inmediate way and even in some aspects perhaps not in our generation, is our near future as result of a new conciousness, education and life system, all those shared by all from our common disarmament aim.

In the same way, the shared security implies a treatment among all people as equals independently of their country, social class, race, sex, etc. as also in the communication means which presently just remit to the interest of the state they belong to. As well in the effective and affective human mutual treatment we shall be equals, as we will permanently face the evidence that we actually are in debt to each other, that we are dependent one from another -in contrast with the current hierarchical system generated by the armed unit condition of our current organizations which makes us to permanently measure/compare us in it with the others in an ineludible vertical way.

IMPLICACI�N ECON�MICA

La creaci�n de un �rgano supremo de seguridad mundial y humana implica que �ste ser� tambi�n el aut�ntico sujeto de todo derecho (desigualdad) -lo que ahora es el estado- cuyo prop�sito pac�fico y de desarme ha de asumir el estatus quo.

Este �rgano supremo de seguridad representa al conjunto de los seres humanos, dotados de raz�n, en su deseo y prop�sito de poner fin a la violencia, de modo que, aunque el status quo es la expresi�n de la violencia actual, la humanidad lo acepta ahora voluntariamente, y no forzadamente, al objeto de no generar m�s violencia y de poder proceder con el desarme (solo cuando hay seguridad p�blica, todos estemos integrados, podr� disolverse la polic�a), de modo que, el reconocimiento que los que tienen poder y propiedades deben y profesan ahora al estado que les reconoce a ellos a su vez como tales y les garantiza esos privilegios (no puede haber un "reconocimiento" de una sola parte) pasar� ineludiblemente a deberse y a profesarse a la comunidad humana, a las personas mismas, que voluntariamente aceptan esos privilegios.

Este hecho pondr� en permanente evidencia (cuando no hay competencia con otras unidades armadas) que el uso adecuado de los recursos es aquel que resulta en mayor beneficio de la comunidad humana (y as� en la mayor igualdad de las personas), de modo tal que a la postre poseer o no ser� irrelevante (mientras que ahora el uso depende del beneficio que genere para el que tiene el poder o la propiedad, a la postre el estado) -si no de un modo inmediato, e incluso en algunos aspectos quiz�s no en nuestra generaci�n, si en un futuro cercano, producto de una nueva conciencia, educaci�n y sistema de vida por todos compartidos desde nuestro com�n prop�sito de desarme.

Del mismo modo, la seguridad compartida implica un trato de igualdad entre las personas independientemente de su clase social, pa�s, raza, g�nero, etc. as� en los medios de comunicaci�n p�blica (que actualmente refiere siempre a los intereses del estado al que pertenecen, y por extensi�n, al hegem�n) as� como en el trato efectivo (y afectivo, humano) ante la evidencia de lo que realmente nos debemos unos a otros -frente al sistema jer�rquico, de dominio piramidal, generado por la condici�n de unidad armada de nuestra organizaci�n actual que nos lleva a compararnos/medirnos en ella (dada nuestra relaci�n "vertical") permanentemente con los otros.

1. Bandera Blanca (White Flag) Association Registration:

July 21st, 2009 Bandera Blanca association was registered in the National Registration for Associations, Group I, Seccion I, National Nº: 593018.

We, Javier Carrasco, Juan �ngel Terr�n and Manuel Herranz, applied for its registration on December 8th, 2005. After three years without answer (according with the administration because their letters were returned) we asked for help from the European People Defender first and then from the Spanish People Defender and with their support we have achieved it.

Mission: All armed forces union for their disolution
Activities: Those giving publicity to that mission or aim
Where: Inside the Spanish state and outside of it.

2. We have sent e-mails to Spanish ONGs selected by their commitment to peace and we have got positive answers from:

We are also being contacted by people interested in becoming White Flag volunteers.

El 21 de julio de 2009 la Asociaci�n Bandera Blanca fue inscrita en el Registro Nacional de Asociaciones, Grupo I, Secci�n I, N�mero Nacional: 593018.

Solicitamos el registro el 8 de diciembre de 2005 Javier Carrasco Valenzuela, Juan �ngel Terr�n y Manuel Herranz. Al no obtener respuesta en tres años, seg�n la administraci�n a causa de que las cartas fueron devueltas, recurrimos al Defensor del Pueblo, primero europeo, luego español, y con su ayuda se ha producido el registro.

THE CONFERENCE

Within six months after the conference start, representatives of each state shall present a disarmament programme with the national and international conditions to be fulfilled to proceed with it.

In the second semester talks will be held to adapt all programmes to a world disarmament programme.

Disarmament will start with the end of the conference first year and the conference will continue until total and definitive disarmament is accomplished.

Formal Conference coditions is it to be transparent, open to everybody and receptive to everybodys contribution. Proceeding is, of course, the result of consense and common agreement.

Disarmament is humanity comand to all states.

COMPANIES

The White Flag Association is stablishing a distintion of Corporative Social Responsibility, CSR, so that the awarded company is always localized and in disposition of assuming public responsibility in front of anyone which might demand it in the whole world

The awarded company is declairing by this distinction that its mission is to serve everbody, that assumes reponsibility in front of each person in the world, at least of not harming anyone. (Currently companies just answer to their state legal system).
